Certain features of our services require payment. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise specified. All sales are final per our refund policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Content Basis LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Content Basis LLC does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Basis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. General Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any modifications to these terms will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
